How men can maintain healthy skin

I met a friend that have not seen in over twelve years in the middle of the mall. I found it hard to recognise him though because he was overblown and rough looking. This guy was was the skinniest in my class. How i wonder how he has been living to have changed so much that i had to look deep in his face to remember him.
This got me thinking and i went online saw this piece and i feel i should share it. For men that likes to live healthy. for the wife that loves her husband. Just share this it would sure help in the long run.
Here’s a new routines men can adopt as part of their daily routine to get healthy skin. Use face scrub:
Do this before you shave any facial hair and afterwards, use sunscreen, spot cream, and/or moisturiser.

Small wrinkles: To slow down the process of noticeable wrinkles and age lines, make sure you continue to use sunscreen on a daily basis — just a hydrating face lotion that includes an SPF of at least 15 or above.

Hydrate often:
Our body is made up of mostly water and we need plenty of it to keep hydrated and stay healthy. If your skin is dry, it can lead to premature ageing as you become older. Also, be sure to exercise often because the blood circulation can help boost collagen and therefore, give a more youthful appearance.

Exfoliate: Men have large pores and active skin glands that produce oil; hence it is very important for men to cleanse their skin. Pick a strong face gel that will get rid of the grime. Exfoliating also hydrates the skin, washes off the dead cells, reduces ingrown hair, softens the hair follicles for a better shave and absorbs moisturiser.

Moisturise: Your skin is sensitive especially after you shave; a good moisturiser should protect you from the sun as well as supply the nutrients that are lost.
Change your lifestyle: Try to eat healthier by including plenty of beans, nuts, and whole grains to your diet. You need vitamins A and C to help prevent any wrinkles and sagging skin.

Quit smoking.
Smoking is known for making people appear much older than they actually are in comparison to those who are the same age who do not smoke. If you care about your skin and health, give up smoking today.

Sleep tight: Studies have linked sleep deprivation or lack of sleep to skin ageing; it also affects your mood and health. So, indulge in proper eight hours of sleep for fresh-looking skin.

10 Important Cybersecurity Practices for your Business

10 Important Cybersecurity Practices for your Business 1. EDUCATION  It’s much easier to prevent a hack than it is to recover from a hack. Once your company’s sensitive data is stolen through a ransomware attack, recovering it is often a long and arduous process. Teaching employees about basic security, personal cybersecurity, and the prevalence of cyber threats goes a long way in stopping ransomware attacks before they can really do damage. Your employees should understand that they might be targets of malicious actors, eager to exploit any entry they can find in your company. The average cost of a cyberattack is 3.86 million and the cumulative total for global cybercrime is expected to cost $6 trillion. If you don’t pay to train your employees about cybersecurity best practices eventually you may end up paying more in the long run. High quality and free trainings for your employees are available from several government resources including Department of Homeland S...

Microsoft Warns of Data Stealing Malware That Pretends to Be Ransomware

Thursday - Microsoft warned of a "massive email campaign" that's pushing a Java-based STRRAT malware to steal confidential data from infected systems while disguising itself as a ransomware infection. "This RAT is infamous for its ransomware-like behavior of appending the file name extension .crimson to files without actually encrypting them," the Microsoft Security Intelligence team  said  in a series of tweets. The new wave of attacks, which the company spotted last week, commences with spam emails sent from compromised email accounts with "Outgoing Payments" in the subject line, luring the recipients into opening malicious PDF documents that claim to be remittances, but in reality, connect to a rogue domain to download the STRRAT malware. Besides establishing connections to a command-and-control server during execution, the malware comes with a range of features that allow it to collect browser passwords, log keystrokes, and run remote commands an...
